Exhibitor Employee Registration Fees
EXHIBITOR PERSONNEL REGISTRATION (EPR):
Exhibitors are allotted three Employee Badges for a 10' x 10' booth. All other exhibitors are allotted two Employee Badges per 100 square feet of paid exhibit space. Additional employee badges may be purchased at the rates listed in the table below.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Registration fees will be partially refunded if cancellation
notice is received in writing at BCMC on or before August 25.
Please note: $75 of each registration fee is nonrefundable. After August 25,
no fees will be refunded. Substitutions of exhibiting company personnel are
allowed.
