Exhibitor Education Rules
- The company offering the session must be a 2010 exhibitor in good standing. (A contract and deposit must be submitted to BCMC before any participation will be accepted.)
- The session must be held in the confines of the exhibitor's booth space.
- The exhibitor will define how many attendees they would like to attend the session. Please note the exhibitor rule regarding booth activities being contained within the confines of the exhibitor's booth space. The BCMC Exhibits Co-Chair will determine if the number of attendees will fit within the confines of the booth space. The maximum recommended amount is:
- 3 people for every 100 square feet.
- The session must not disturb the surrounding booths.
- The session must not last more than 60 minutes.
- The exhibitor must provide a brief description (50 words or less) and title for the session. This is what will be used in promotions.
- The schedule will be posted in the BCMC pocket guide and on the BCMC website. There will be no announcements made on the BCMC show floor.
- The exhibitor is responsible for all materials the attendees will need and for contacting the attendees if applicable. All signage must be contained within the confines of the exhibitor's booth space.
- The sessions will be held free of charge to the attendee.
- Attendees will be able to sign up for the courses only on the BCMC website.
- To cover the costs, a promotional fee for each session is as follows $100 for exhibitors with booth spaces 200 square feet and under and $200 for booth spaces over 200 square feet.
