Exhibit Booth Space Pricing
*Booths 200 square feet and under receive a booth package that includes carpet, drape, skirted table, two chairs, wastebasket and ID sign.
The cost of SBCA member dues plus a booth with the member discount is ALWAYS LESS than the cost of a booth as a non-member. Join SBCA to receive member pricing.
First Time Member Exhibitor Rates
First time member exhibitor rates are available to companies that have not exhibited in the past five years. Pay $1,499 for the first 100 square feet reserved, with additional square footage discounted 20% off the appropriate pricing schedule!
Complimentary Exhibitor Personnel Badges
Exhibitors will receive an email with their discount codes for the complimentary exhibitor personnel badges that come with the purchase of a booth within two weeks of registration. If you contract for a 10’x10’ booth you receive up to 3 exhibitor personnel badges complimentary. For booths larger than a 10’x10’ you receive up to 2 for every 100 square feet contracted. If you require registrations beyond your allotted complimentary badges, you will have to pay for the badges.
Please note: It is against the rules to distribute badges to anyone other than employees working in your booth. BCMC staff will contact you in the event there is a question about your registration.
