April 1: Supplier-led education session applications open
May 1: Exhibitor Personnel Registration Opens
Registered exhibitors receive an email with discount codes for complimentary exhibitor personnel badges (exhibitors who register after this date will receive their code within a week of their registration)
May 15: Deadline to enter the SBCA 2026 Innovation Grant
May 31: Early Bird Deadline for Exhibitor Registration
May 31: Supplier-led education session applications close
June 1: Standard Exhibitor Registration pricing window opens
June 30: Final Booth Reservation Deadline & Final Booth Payments Due, Certificate of Insurance Due, Sponsorship Opportunities Deadline & Final Payment Due for Sponsorships. (Any sponsorships purchased on or after May 1 must be paid in full at the time of purchase. No sponsorship will be promoted until paid in full). Exhibitor Sub-Block Cut-Off date
July 6: Booth numbers and show floor map released, Contract Deadline for SBCA Magazine's BCMC Edition (Ad Reservation)
July 16: Ad Materials Due for SBCA Magazine's BCMC Edition
August 3: The first of four attendee lists will be issued to exhibitors who have paid in full
August 12: Drury Plaza Hotel cut-off date
August 13: Hilton Columbus Downtown cut-off date
August 14: Sonesta Columbus Downtown cut-off
August 15: Hyatt Regency Columbus cut-off date
August 24: The second of four attendee lists will be issued to exhibitors who have paid in full
September 7: The third of four attendee lists will be issued to exhibitors who have paid in full
September 14-18: BCMC (Show Floor opened Wednesday and Thursday, September 16 & 17)
September 17: SBCA Innovation Grant People's Choice Innovator for 2026 Announced at Industry Celebration
September 21: The final attendee lists will be issued to exhibitors who were present at the show.
