Serial Entrepreneur, #1 New York Times bestselling author, and endurance athlete, Jesse Itzler has built and sold multiple successful companies across industries. His career spans ventures that have generated billions in revenue and led to acquisitions by some of the most recognized companies in the world.
He co-founded Marquis Jet, growing it into the world’s largest private jet card company with more than $5 billion in sales before it was acquired by NetJets, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway. He later co-founded ZICO Coconut Water, which was acquired by The Coca-Cola Company, and his endurance event company, 29-0-29, was acquired by iFIT.
Earlier in his career, Itzler built a unique and diverse background through a wide range of experiences across industries and disciplines. He was a rapper signed to Delicious Vinyl Records, managed Run-D.M.C., worked as a kiddie pool attendant, and spent time living in a monastery with monks. He is also the author of the New York Times bestselling book Living with a SEAL and an accomplished endurance athlete who has completed multiple 100-mile races. He is married to Sara Blakely, founder of SPANX, which was valued at $1.2 billion. He is also a part-owner of the Atlanta Hawks.

Todd Tomalak is the Principal, Advisory of Building Products at Zonda. Todd has a reputation as one of the most thoughtful and diligent forecasters in the Building Products industry. He is the architect behind several publicly cited industry measures and has a clear preference for tackling hard problems that have important long-run implications.
Before joining Zonda, Todd led Building Products and Repair/Remodel research at JBREC, and economic/industry forecasting for North America at Kohler Co.
Todd has a BA in Mathematics from St. Norbert College and his MBA from George Mason University. He is an 11-time winner of the most accurate category forecaster from the Chicago Federal Reserve. His analysis of Building Products is regularly cited by various media, including the Wall Street Journal, CNBC, New York Times, and more.
