Employee Incentive Programs Roundtable

What does your company do to incentivize employees? If you have a program, does it work the way you want? Learn ideas from fellow manufacturers you can take back to your plant to refocus employees and motivate them to achieve important operational goals. Panelists will talk about their programs, why they implemented them, and the positive outcomes they achieved.

Panelists:

Josh Hendrickson, Wilson Lumber

He was six months from getting his bachelor’s degree in business administration when he accepted a position with a national LBM working the inside sales counter, loading trucks, and overseeing inventory on the sales floor. He was hooked right away. His previous experiences as an owner of a landscaping company and foreclosure management company made him attracted to the sales position. Today, he has been in outside sales for 13 years, with a focus on wood trusses since 2013.

Joe Hikel, Shelter Systems Limited

Joe is President/CEO of Shelter Systems Limited in Westminster, Maryland. A Past President of SBCA, he was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2014 and continues to serve on the association’s Executive Committee.

Jason landed at California TrusFrame (CTF) in 2010 as a sales rep. Since that time, Jason has moved from sales rep to sales manager to general manager.
